AStone Tech ("we", "us", "our") builds software for the natural stone fabrication industry and free tools for Autodesk Fusion. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers three things:

1. Our Autodesk Fusion add-ins

Short version: our Fusion add-ins collect no personal data. They run entirely on your computer.

Add-ins such as Voronoi Cells run locally inside Autodesk Fusion. They do not connect to the internet, do not send any data to us or to anyone else, do not include analytics or tracking, and do not store information about you. The designs, bodies and meshes you work on stay on your computer, and we never see them. Because we hold no data from the add-ins, there is nothing for us to retain, delete, or share with third parties.

Autodesk Fusion itself and the Autodesk Marketplace are operated by Autodesk, Inc. Their handling of your data is described in Autodesk's Privacy Statement.

2. This website (astonetech.com)

What we collect. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not ask you to create an account or fill in forms to browse it. Like any web server, our hosting provider may record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) for security and reliability.

Third-party content. To display the page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from unpkg.com. These services receive your IP address and browser details as part of serving those files, under their own privacy policies. Links to our LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.

Email. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

3. Our cloud software (app.astonetech.com)

What we collect. When you create an account or use the software, we process the information you give us: your name, email address, company details, and the business data you enter, such as customers, orders, inventory, quotes and production records. We also use essential cookies or similar technology to keep you signed in.

How we use it. We use this information only to provide, secure, support and improve the service, to contact you about your account, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing. We share data only with service providers who help us run the service (for example, hosting and email delivery), who must protect it to the same standard described in this policy, or when the law requires it.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep account and business data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can ask us at any time to delete your account and associated data, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep certain records. Server logs are kept only for a limited period for security purposes.

5. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw any consent you have given. To do this, email Sales@astonetech.com from the address on your account. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though signing in to the cloud software needs essential cookies.

6. Security

This site and our cloud software are served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Children

Our software and website are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on this page.
